*GASP* Surely he doesn't mean this! You mean that we DON'T need to have
at least .01 Essence missing to play SR? But ... but ... What about my
mage with an Encephalon (to cast multiple spells at the same time) or
Enhanced articulation and Wired Reflexes (so he can cast spells in a
Simple action instead of a Complex one)? But this means that I cannot
number crunch to get a badass PhysAd/Rigger/StreetSam/Decker that can
