This is because I'm getting bloody sick and tired of sending a dozen
messages arguing with them about whether or not theyy actually have
submitted a character and I have better things to do with my time.

The ShadowTalk FAQ will still read that character registration is
required, but I'm not going to enforce it any more.

If you have a real serious problem with this, please let me know.
