Ok, I'm back from vacation. {be afraid}

In but a few scant moments, I'm going to post the not quite yet offical
NERPS FAQ. This is NOT offical. This is not a que to write to me asking
for an Author-ID# (so don't do it).

Right now, I'd like for all of you to read over the FAQ and make sure
that it makes sense and you aren't confused about anything. If anything
needs to be fixed, let me know.
