The reason for the TN on weaving being 6 or Force (the higher one) is that I
basically didn't want it to be too easy. Most people that I know (including me)
usually will take a lower force spell for drain purposes when that spell is not
resisted against - ie Invisibilty, illisions, detections, barriers
