I actually submitted the following rules to Challenge, White Wolf and some
other magazines, but the very next month WW printed the version you
mentioned, so nobody accepted mine (except a small danish magazine).

In my world they specialize in stealth, thievery and things like that. They
are not corney, but feared for their ability to get behind people.
