Sam Hell, to be exact, played by Rowdy Roddy Piper, the man himself,
Reality Check and all.

Don't forget that in the radiation savaged landscape of that future, he's
one of the few fertile males left..

The movie is worth seeing simply to see piper in a set of undies with
"Property Of" proudly displayed on the crotch.
