I don't ... unless it involves a microwave -- but I
digress -- If you are preparing something that is
normally salty, what would you do to disguise the
salty taste (short of finding some way to remove the
salt)?

Hey, I can cook!...instant noodles and cheese on
toast. :)

Honestly, I have no idea. Can anyone answer this for
me?

The only thing I can think of would be to soak it in
water first, (or boil it while cooking it) to get the
salt out. But that'd only work for something that was
PREVIOUSLY salty like, salted beef. If you're thinking
of masking the salt in a dish that's salty AFTER being
cooked - I have no idea.

But I'm not sure the principles would be the same.
After all, you can't cook your sweat...well, not soon
enough to make a difference. :)
