I think that there are specific taste buds for salt on the human tongue
( I think the others are sweet, sour, bitter, spicy and the tast of
mono-sodium glutemate.) If so then all you need to do is produce a
chemical in the sewat to bind to the taste bud without triggering it.
This will be pretty difficult as salt is fairly compact compared to most
other chemicals.

Or you need to produce somthing that will react with the salt to form a
different compound.
