Oh, come on, Wizzy! :P The CED package is an accessory to the chipjack.
Most likely it is a combination of hardware and software. Though the
rules prohibit it, there is NO logical reason why the CED couldn't be
adapted to apply towards skillsofts in headware memory. There is NO
logical reason that chipjacks can't be linked to use one CED between
them. Finally, there is absolutely NO reason skillsofts in a skillsoft
jukebox shouldn't benefit from a CED in the chipjack.
