I have just been reading the Dragons Sourcebook from ED that FASA were so
kind to let me download for free and a section jumped out at me. So I
converted it into SR.

Dragon Kin are individuals born to a dragon and a member of a metahuman
race, they retain most of the characteristics of their metahuman parent
apart from heightened mental abilitys, an invariable magical nature, low
light vision and some kind of physical deformity. The decendents of such
individuals will retain such characteristics for many generations until the
dragon blood within them becomes too diluted. The mating of a dragon and a
metahuman is forbidden by dragon tradition, making Dragon Kin all but a
theoretical creature; all that is known of them has been taken from
information given by Dunklezahn during an episode of Worm Talk.

Dragon Kin can be of any race, they gain an additional +1 intelligence, +1
willpower, low light vision and are all full magicians. They all have some
kind of physical deformity, be it slitted-eyes, patches of scales, small
horns or even a tail, this deformity may or may not qualify as a distinctive
features flaw depending on how obvious it is.

Dragons regard any Dragon Kin as abominations, although any Dragon Kin will
have a draconian (grand, great grand)parent, their relationship with whome
may be useful to them.

To play a Dragon Kin character costs an additional +10BP at character
creation (not including the costs to be magically active). If a player
wants to do this however, the GM should make sure that the player can be
trusted not to use the fact that one of their parents is a dragon to their
advantage too much, or that you can use the fact that all other dragons will
find them repulsive (to the extent of wanting them dead in some cases) to
their disladvantage to an equal degree. Using the prioritys system, race
must be taken as priority B for a metahuman Dragon Kin or C for a human
Dragon Kin(priority A must be allocated to magic).

Note that Dragon Kin are _extremely_ rare and should be treated as such;
there may well not even be any in existance at all.

I have been toying with sensitive system and +1 essence as well, but that
may need playtesting.

Did I miss anything? defy any laws of biology? deal players any stupid
advantages? If so then all insults or suggestion will be welcomed.

Phil

...Unfortunatly one of them spotted our hidden microphone and followed the
extension cable back to the police station.
