It means boring, it's simpley the most boring title for a book. If they
realy choose to call it Rigger 3, then we should have had SSC2 (Shadowtech),
SSC3 (FoF), SSC4 (Cybertechnology), SSC5 (M&M) and SSC6 (CC) instead of the
new names, oh and GR3 (Awakening) and GR4 (MitS). Even Rigger Redux is
better than Rigger 3.
