What do people think about "Slay Non-Elf"? I'd guess the Tir nations use
this a lot, or perhaps the area-affect version. As a GM, I'd probably
allow it, but I wouldn't give it the restricted target drain modifier (the
non-elf specification isn't enough of a restriction). It works against
elf posers or others similarly disguised.
