He is, at least according to the 2nd Ed rules. Somewhere in there it
mentions being able to hear voices etc, but not if they are recorded. (p 89
Grimoire). There is no mention either way of how it works in either 3rd Ed
or MitS, so in the end I guess it's a GM's call, though personally I see no
reason to change it from the 2nd Ed way of working things.
