The online dictionary I use, http://www.savergen.com/onldict/jap.html ,
says renraku means : junction, communication, connection, coordination.
All the other possibilites are communication/connection related. The last
refers to a "connecting ferry." I'll go ahead and post them, just for
completeness sake.
gorenraku getting in touch (hon)
Kouhourenrakusen lines of communication
renraku junction, communication,
connection, coordination
renrakueki connecting station, station where
you change
renrakusaki contact address
renrakusen connecting line
renrakusen connecting ferryboat
The last, the same in english, definetly have different kanji. I'd post
them, but A. My browser has a hard time supporting kanji and B It'd
probably just cause problems.
