Something one of my players was talking about a while ago that I wanted to
see what you guys made of; can cyberarms be grounded? I see it as being a
small wire from the arm to the ground allowing the technician on the other
end of the arm to work on electrical devices whilst there is still a current
going through them. Obviously this would take a little more than a wire.
What I would like to know is: 1/ Would the device being opeated on be short
circited ie. stop working? 2/ Would the arm get damaged by this? And 3/ If
this is possible for cyberware how would an adept power work which grounds
all electricity-based attacks?

And whilst I'm on the subject, the same player came up with this:

Cold Blooded
Cost ?
The adept's body temperature changes to equal that of the room making it
impossible to spot him or her using thermographic vision or vehicle sensors.
However, this makes the adept particularly vunerable to temerature-based
attacks; double the power of such attacks, the adept may not purchace the
Temperature Tollerance power. The adept is also much more vunerable to
extremes temperatures.

But neither of us really know how being cold blooded would affect the adept,
which is something else I could use an hand with.

Phil
