OH really??? That's interesting given that the english books we have here
do NOT mention any kind of cross-referencing. It might interest you to know
that FANPRO handles all the SR books for Germany and other European
countries (don't know if they handle England/Great Britain or not), and that
NOT everything in those books match (information wise) what is in the books
available here in the states (and I presume in Australia, given by the
conversations I've had with those on the Aussie side of the world ;-).
