How about this instead? The Heal Tattoo, were such a thing performable,
would/might appear as a web, and when the tattoo were triggered, then from
the web would appear a phantasmal spider that would move across the body ...
"rethreading it back together again". The entire spider is actually just a
"manifestation" of the activated magic, while the tattoo never truly moved.
