No.

There is an adventure in Harlequins Back involving Authrian stuff and
the sword but Harlequin is not present at the time, though he will
probably ask the PC's what happened. If you ever intend to have
anything to do with HB i would read it before writing your adventure
but otherwise you could ignore it.
