Panglobal is noteably absent from one of the biggest arms dealing areas
in Europe. Namely, Berlin. To ignore it -- if you deal in arms, is
foolish.
The only reason would be fear of a reprisal from a certain individual.
This fear might be strong enough that you won't move until you are
absolutely sure of success. That too, is circumstantial, but my gut
tells me it is correct. My gut also tells me that if he has enough
power to convince them to save the German markets for last, that means
that he has a pretty high involvement level.
Currently, I too cannot do much about this potential problem. However,
I'm starting to have an idea about a possible course of action. ]<<<<<
