I could be wrong, but I always thought those little air-intake gizmos
that stuck out of the car hood were turbo gizmos, like the one Mad Max had
in -The Road Warrior-. To me, that implies an increase in size as well as
mass, or making it an add-on unit, the way you add an SPU to a regular chip
to improve its performance.
Gee, I just said that they stick out of a hood. Are we going to
let people exceed space limits by sticking it outside, where it loses the
protection of armor :)
