Over the last few days, several control messages have been coming to me
stating that mail is being returned. Most often, the reason is the fact
that the recipient has run out of quota. Since EACH posting results in a
bounce message reported to the listowner (me), the only choice I have is
to delete the person from the membership of the list.

Please keep careful eyeballs on your quota, because if it fills, you will
find yourself removed and you will have to resubscribe. I apologize for
the trouble with this, but the danger exists that when a person fills, the
bounce message goes to the list, which then bounces the bounce message,
which leads to a major loop.
