it stands now they are pretty useless because we just assign a generic
BVu to each vehicle type now. If we're going to use them, we need to set
parameters on how many ESU, PSU, and CSU each vehicel type can hold, rather
than giving a blanket EVU and letting the builder convert as desired.
As for the formulas. . .I'm not knowledgeable enough to tell which is more
"realistic" but I do suggest we come up with a system that is more or less
compatible with the RBB. I know we're doing this because the RBB sucks, but
it does have some nice vehicles in it that I'd hate to have to redesign. On
that note, I also believe that this system should be compatible with as much of
the existing rules and supplements as possible, to avoid having to backdate
vehicles already in use.
