glad to a little more activity on this list.

Someone, the Reverend I believe, brought up the cost of armor. This makes me
ask: when are we going to deal with costs? We haven't even talked about cost
for anything yet. I was under the impression that we were going to go through
the mechanics of the system first and then come back and determine costs. Or
do we want to deal with costs now? Opinions?

First, I'm terribly sorry I have not been contributing to this List, now that
Dead Week is upon me, next week, I can relax a little. My posts will hopefully
become more frequent. In regards to, If there's no response I'll take it as an
OK, please do.

Now, costs, why don't we go ahead and discuss that now, and if need be adjust
later? I say that because a decision about the expense of something now, may
be thrown out of whack by another widget later. (I hope that makes *some*
sense) But if we get it out of the way now, it's less to worry about later.
