Autopilot
I agree that it doesn't make sense for Handling to both give and take away
handling simultaneously. I believe that handling will interfere with a driver's
ability to control the vehicle if he drives with it on (the car will try to
drive one way while the driver tries another). But it shouldn't have a penalty
if it's off.

Now, an argument can be made for Riggers getting control bonuses from
autopilot.I myself find them to be unneeded and possibly unbalancing, but I'm
playing
Free Spirit advocate. Now, the autopilot is essentially a computer that
controlsthe car. The Rigger interfaces with that computer. Because he and the
computer
are as close as possible, their movements are more "in tune" with each other
than the simple driver and hence cooperate to effectively increase the
vehicle'sperformance.

Body
Is the published max of 8 applied to all vehicles? I would much prefer double
base as a limit; it keeps things in scale. It's hard to imagine a Yugo as buff
as a 6-wheeled van.
