a few notes based on my own reverse-engineering of the RBB:

increase the body values for cars larger than mini by 1. imnsho this is more
consistent with the RBB and also a little more "realistic".

increase the sig for fuel engines by 1 (to 3), again imnsho this is more
consistent with the RBB (it doesn't look like it, i know, but the damn vehicles
in the RBB require turbocharge, hp engine or customization half the time just
to get the listed vehicles speeds).

future note: one level of turbocharging does not affect sig ( i know we're nott
there yet, but we will be soon) - it's an opinion we can aregue about later.

any suggestions on what to do with leftover "space" when the vehicle is
finished? (nah, just hang on to it for later customization )


sorry if this is terse, i've been programming.
anybody done any work creating a "mech construction program" for battletech?
