i recommend that the list be allowed to continue. as it is more than a
"mere" vehicle contruction list, but also a drone production list and
continued rigger development list i feel that while it's focus is limited
its potential is not.

if a "summer list owner" is to be required, then i shall volunteer pending
permission from the local systems manager (which shouldn't be hard - he's
my roomate).
