2.5 sounds like a compromising fudge to get us to move on ;)

does anyone have a copy of Popular Mechanics or Hot Rod or something? what
do the car and truck magazines say about max speed?

my personal preference will be to maintain _some_ consistency with the RBB
(so as not to offend the less flexible types). but, if that consistency
defies reality then naturally we will scrap it.
