My first inclination is to ignore costs until we have completed our system,
though Chad does have a valid point when he mentions that the overall
balance may be thrown out of whack by ignoring costs. I think that if we just
keep in mind relative costs (high, middle low,) and which gizmo prices are
based on whatever widget prices, we don't need to come up with numbers yet.

I think the process will move along faster if we worry about prices
later, though I also think that as soon as we convert RBB stuff to our system
we will inevitably start pricing items. In short, I don't think cost is a
primary concern yet and will take care of itself as needed.
