1) The gas mileage in RBB is almost ludicrously high! (I don't have it with me
to point out examples, but I figured something like a tank getting 30mpgs!)

No, they're not. There a plans to have the average MPG to 35 by the year
2000. Besides aren't those numbers kilometers per liter (kpl)?
