Well, I'm back. Take my advise don't let yourself get behind on all 3 lists
(kage-car, Shadowtk, and Shadowrun) at the same time. It takes forever to
catch up.

Well, as far as engine power, size, and weight go, I think we're done there
at least for now.

Speed - let's set max velocity at a value and move on. I don't think a charts
the way to go here.

Acceleration- Let's drop it for now and move on. If we find that we
need/want it later we can always go back.

Effiency- MutiF, IC - done (IMHO)
Elec., ImpE. - Carter, I think we should be consistant here. That is come-up
with a formula that is in the form km per (something - probably PF). RBB is
not consistant, but that's why we're doing this whole thing.

I think there are two more things we have to establish before we move on to
modification/accessories.

Base handling of the chasis- According to RBB the base handling of any chasis
is 3. Off-road handling = 2x On-road.

Signature- In RBB most cars with elec. engines have sigs. of 5. IC/multiF = 2.
(This does not count turbo chagred or high performance engines which are
lower. We'll get to them later.)

Onward, what modifications/accessories do we tackle first? I would suggest
those that directly affect engine power (i.e turbo charging, high performance
engines, etc.)

So can we move on yet?

I have yet to recieve an dessenting post, either private or public, since I
said "Let's go with 3x". I guess I'll have to assume silence is consent.

Duly Dropped.

Actually thinking about it again, the formulas given the other day were good.
I can always reverse engineer it for people who what standard RBB electric
economy.

Actually the RBB lies about base handling. All but a few of the Cars have
a handling of either 3/8 or 4/8. This is limited to all of 3 Cars! They are
the Volkswagen Elektro (3/6), the General Products Cop (4/9) and the Rolls Royce
"Phaeton" Limousine (which has an Active Suspension for Off-Road).
I think Cars should have a base of 4 with 2x for off road. Everything else
are entirely different animals.

With the exception of two cars (both IC) these values are consistant. I like
them. What about the rest of you?
