i agree that this is stretching things a bit. i also agree with anyone
(everyone) who says the RBB lacks any kind of internal consistency.
so i guess that i "tweaked" my own decompilations to create an artificial
sense of consistency *shrug*.

i would still like to advocate that fuel engines have a base sig of 3 and
propose that at least the smaller engine mods not affect sig ("smaller"
meaning lvl-1 turbo, lvl-1 custom). however, since i'm no mechanic i'll
defer to anyone with more practical experience.


i've got an idea for active aural masking. i'll flesh it out later after
i check my RBB and make sure i won't be redundant.
