normal seats take up 5 cf + 5 cf for normal passengers (body 6 or less)
extra large seats take up 6 cf + 6 cf for large passengers (body 7 or more)
high performance engines do not reduce signature
one level of turbo charging does not reduce signature


these rules will allow you to build virtually all of the 'civilian'
cars and trucks from the rbb (i decompiled the rbb, that's why)

i haven't played with the rules for body cf and armor cf too much, although
at the low ends it works out ok. note that i no longer reduce speed because
of armor. if armor/body cf becomes too extreme for the medium to high end
armor values, try changing them and let me know what you get.
