First I still think four units are "silly." I think it would be simpler to
build the "leg room, etc" into the BVU's needed for a person/object. Enough
said.

Second, Carter, you are correct that (sans exceptions you noted) handling in
usually 3/6 or 4/8. But there is usually (I'd says always but I don't have
RBB with me so I'm not sure.) There is usually one differenence between those
with 3/6 and those with 4/8. Those with 4/8 have an autopilot. According to
RBB any autopilot adds +1/+2 to on road handling. See Auto Pilot rating 1 in
the vehicle accessory section. I'm not sure what page. Therefore I'm
inclined to stay with 3/6 as a base.
