YUCK! Personally I think it was a typo...should be 5/15 PERCENT! Even
dat is a bit on the heavy side. I believe the example of the Ares
roadmaster vs. the city or mobmaster. They add 5 points of armor and
INCREASE the speed. I've made my own mods for it in my campaign, but I
was wondering how other people dealt with it.<<<<

Yo man, like, thats why we are embarking on this insanity. The rules of
the RBB are like totally dumb and unrational. Hopefully, in theory at
least, when this thing is all over we will have something that makes
oodles of more sense.
