This is just a conversion from Amonchare's kpl for the example cars:

Base Car: 21.5 kpl/13 mph

Everyday car: 18.7kpl/12 mph

Tank: 12.2 kpl/7.6 mph

I reiterate the question: Does that sound right to you?

Roberson I believe you were thinking kph not kpl (km/l) when you did your
conversions. Or you forgot to convert mpl to mpg and your results are
actually mpl. Converting kpl to mpg I get (kpl*3.8/1.6=mpg):

Base car: 51 mpg

Everyday car: 44 mpg

Tank: 29 mpg

And once again, does that sound right to you?

The Tank sounds about right, as does the everyday car, and considering that we
ARE talking about a sports-car (isn't it?), the mileage sounds good.
