In case you didn't notice, I replaced NERPS, our temporary concept of
vehicular volume, with the term NPU (No Particuar Unit).

NPU isn't perfect, but it is better than NERP (which I feared was
beginning to stick).

If you have a better idea than NPU, drop me a line, but let's stop using NERP.
