After careful consideration and consulation with Jason Carter, I regret to
announce that I must withdraw from participation in this project.

Classes have become much too demanding for me to devote energies of a more
than administrative function to this list.

So, the question is now this: should this project continue? Jason has
indicated that he can continue as administrator thru May when he gets to
graduate. After that, the list is without an owner.

Please discuss in this next week if there is merit in continuing the
project. I will then inform the HEARN postmaster to either kill the list,
or to wholly turn administrative duties over to another.

I apologize for this and i do hope that you understand.
