Ok, here come the FAQ and POA. I only spent about 45 minutes or so on
them so they are VERY far from complete. At this time, please go through
them and let me know of anything you think needs to be added or changed.

Also, the POA is is very sketchy and if you have anythign to add, just
sent it to me and we can build on the POA. There is a "Date Completed"
column for purposes of keep track of our progress as we move along.
