Well, not quite. I was more thinking about something in the way of
"Corporate Shadowfiles" but about different wings of organized crime
in Seattle.

Sort of information about the background, organization layout,
territorial claims, important persons, major activities, adventure
hooks and so on.

The idea came to me when I was working on an adventure plot where a
young girl makes a discovery about an "illegal" yakuza operation (drug
factory) in chineese mafia controlled area of the town. I also
managed to squeeze in an angle involving a well known
corporate-dragon. I figured throwing in my runners together with the
11-year old girl in this mess and see what comes out, but I realized
that I don't know much more about the Yakuza then what I got from
watching Black Rain... =/ So I figured something about etiquette,
organization etc. would be quite interesting.

An organized crime book is on the production list for FASA this year, so
it could get out of date really quick. Some info on organized crime
pops up in the adventures, so that would be a goo dplace to start if you
do choose to do organized crime.
