Hey Folks I just thought of something else we may wish to add to
NERPS

What about initiate groups? I have personally built several for
my players. Some are interesting, others make me yawn.

*maybe* this could fit under one of the established heading but I
think that would be a pretty good resource...

Some choices:

1) we could do it, but it will require establishing a 4th submission
criteria, reworking the database software a bit, and updating the FAQ AND
getting that to people. A pain.

2) We could have it submitted under CHARACTERS, but that doesn't seem right.

3) We could hold off on initiate groups until the NEXT project in March,
perhaps working up NERPS: MagicLore, detailing alternate magics, and
providing some ways to colour your magic in your ShadowRun game

My choice is three simply because #1 is a pain and #2 is kludgy.

I think we should wait till the magic project starts before we start dealing
with initiate groups. They would be better off in that area, due to the power
level of some groups.

True. But there is one small fact that you and Rob are not aware
of...

Come next March, I will most likely no longer be subscribed
to these groups:
a) I have Comprehensive Exams for my M.A.
b) my accounts terminate in May '94

Yes, these are somewhat selfish reasons. I just figured I
would voice them now though....

Speaking of projects, what _is_ the current project? Characters,
places, adventure ideas?

Cool.

That is what the FAQ says.
