I've got several things I want to talk about here, so please read
carefully.

-------------------

Basically, I no longer have the time or inclination to continue acting as
the NERPS editor. I'm gering up for my undergraduate graduation,
graduate school, work, etc etc etc and I just don't feel that I can
contnue doing a quality job on future NERPS productions, especially one
that will require as much coordination as Psionics will.

What I would like to do is to turn over the reigns to someone else. This
person will do basically everything except for lis t administration, which
I and Doom will continue doing. You would be responsible to assigning
parts, cordinating submissions, and editing the final production
(releasing Postscript and RTF formats). In addition, you will be
responsible for maintanence of part II of the FAQ (part I deals with the
list specifically).

In the short term, I will continue handling the selling of the bound
books (watch this space for an announcement on Foundations).

I expect this person to take a very hands-on approach. The only
requirement I have is that the person should be somebody that was
published in either of the NERPS publications so that it is something
that knows how this thing works.

If you are interested, please drop me a emailee telling me so and telling
me why, and I'll make a decision sometime this week.
