According to the cais3.cais.com system clock, it is now Wed Feb 22
19:56:39 EST 1995. The deadline for posting your NERPS submissions is Wed
Feb 24 23:59:29 EST 1995 (the EST stands for Eastern Standard Time, which
is what we've got here at the Eastern end of the continent.)
If you'll need an extension for your specific entry, please let me
know as soon as possible. Needless to say, nothing wholly /new/ will be
accepted until the next NERPS project.
