I picked up the shirts this afternoon.

THEY LOOK KOOL!

I will be spending the weekend getting all of the stuff addressed and
packaged up, and will mail it on Monday. It should arrive by the end of
the week for US people, and hopefully within a couple of weeks for those
across either of the ponds.

There was one problem apparently caused by an miscommunication on the
order form. The front of the shirt was supposed to have the SR logo over
the left breast, but the printer made it larger and covering the whole
chest. I'm not sure if I wasn't specific enough or the printer made a
mistake, but it certainly looks good, though, so I decided not to argue
with the printer and ahve to wait a couple more weeks for a reprint.

I ended up losing about $10 on the the whole thing, mostly because I
expected more shirts ordered than 20 (especially given the interest). I
guess in the future, I'll have to build some additional cushion into the
cost.

Here's today's update on the shirts.

I broght the artwork to the shirt shop. We did some testing of colour
schemes. Gurth recommended a Blue and black scheme on white, however, it
really didn't look very good.

Instead, the shirts will be Black. The front graphic is all white. The
back graphic is white and flourescent green (the same colours used last
year). It was agreed by the people in the shop that it looked better.

To give you an idea:
The "Shadowrun" header, all bold text, the "1995" and the
trademark and design stamps are all green. The names are all
white.

The shirts mentioned are the annual Shadowrun Mailing List T-shirts, which
yours truly (that is, I) did the designs for, and which Robert Hayden is
getting printed up. Sorry, I don't think you can't order them anymore -- on
the back are the names of everyone who ordered a shirt, so you would have
had to pay before he got them printed :(
Maybe next year :)
