Subject: AET weapons from FoF, capacitor ammo

Ok for the Shadowrun followers, I see a listing in FoF for the AET series
weapons. Question (and Im sure this has been covered but Im lost), where
the hell did they come from. IE which supplement were they in?

Also for thought, can a small arms bullet be made to act as a high end
discharge capacitor. The desired effect was to be able to fire a round
and have it deliver 75 K volts to incapacitate the target. And if it
sounds reasonable what do you all think the penetration effects would be.
IE would it get through armor?

Tir Nan Og has all the AET weapons.
