NERPS Foundations, the second NERPS manual has been completed and is now
available for FTP. Watch this space for information on getting if via
snail-mail.

It is available currently for FTP at:
vorlon.mankato.msus.edu:/pub/role-playing/shadowrun/NERPS

Ultimately, it will also be available in the NERPS directory on
cerebus.acusd.edu.

It is available in Postscript and RTF formats, with each in a seperate
file.
