as i understand BUG CITY , FASA intend their to be no modifiers for
insect Shamen, however i have a huge (82KB) list of totems someone
put together last summer and i got off the internet (www) it has all
of FASA's, modifiers for sbout 8 bugs, spider and another
'semi-insect' type as well
I will happily email this to anyone in the UK that asks - just mail
me direct, i could put it on the mailing list but only if the list
owner says ok as it's really going to slow things up and i'm not
sending international mail this size to all and sundry as i blieve
the University will get billed at around 9p/ Kbyte.

Word of warning on spider if i remember right the bad guys in the
'Secrets of Power were spider shamen, certainly Madame was SPIDER!!
whatever she was (totem?? - if so as in CYOTE type or bug queen, note
insect spirit queens are a lot easier to kill than that!) - remember
what happend to the guy that messed about too much with that jewel
oops.

In regards to spider shaman, anyone remember "Full Eclipse". It maybe
given as an option, but it also states that no one is going to hang around
with them for long, and they do transform. Sounds like a fairly time
limited character for someone to "want" to roleplay. Unless you like
disposable characters.... In which case just go to Bug City.
