I would definately use a book on small Corps. The Big 10 are not the
only corps out there, and, most importantly, even they are mostly
composed of smaller corps that they control through shell companies. I
like the idea.

Well, the obvious answer would be: to follow the rules in the back
section of Corporate Shadowfiles. And you *do* have that book, right?

If you don't & it's decided to use them, I'm sure I could be persuaded
to post those rules here. ;-)
