-I thought we were using a more significantly sophisticated system here.
-Sonar detection is limited. I had the impression that dolphin sonar is
-more like bat sonar, where the landscape and everything else is "seen" in
-some detail.

What would be the problem with having and imaging computer linked to te
reciever that takes the information and translates it into an display?
They use Radar imaging now, and it's a similar principle. Then you
microsize it and implant. As Cyberware, it shouldn't be a problem.

As Bioware, it would be a whole other thing. That's where you are talking
about an entire new sense, with the learning and brain areas associated.

Remember, Bioware is supposed to enhance existing (however miniscule)
abilities. Cyberware allows completely new abilities.
