In response to CantSurf question, yes, sustainable spells can be locked,
regardless of their type. And sustainable manipulation spells have their
own paragraph in the Anchoring section of the Grimoire. If they can be
anchored, they should be able to be locked.

I would think munchkinious refers to being munkin-like, ie small,
bothersome, and not worth the mana to deal with. Kinda like a pack of
roaches, unless you live in Chicago....

Actually, "munchkin" is a colloquialism referring to annoying "big
numbers" players (you know the ones, with the maximums in all attributes
and the special armor that nothing can possibly get through and the big
gun that slays anything it hits, "oh, and did I mention he has special
cyberware that doesn't cost any essence so he also have a magic rating of
9 and knows the "implosion" spell?")

They are players obsessed with having the "best" character (in the sense
of "highest level" or whatever you want to refer to it as...)
