Here a copy of the current INDEX again.

Please check the dark recesses of your brains to see if there is anything
else you have to add to it. Even if you don't have your submissions
written up, let me know so I can add it.

Note that we really need more archtypes, totems, and atmosphere stuff.
More gadgets would also be great (we've got a great selection of magic,
but the other areas are a little barren).

Also, somebody still needs to write up Ogres and Gnomes.

Can anyone do it?
